While we are passionate about research, we hope our scholarly insights will expand wellbeing and equity. While this leads us to research that we hope can generate actionable insights, we also understand that research journals are often inaccessible to practitioners. When possible, we thus seek to inform policy and practice by producing accessible, practitioner-facing briefs (for example, for magazines and periodicals read by educational leaders), and providing presentations to organizations that provide professional development to leaders and educators alike. Finally, we have collaborated directly with an array of governmental institutions and are proud to have worked with county correctional offices, county offices of education, school districts, and schools.
